  1. ​Soul Vibrations, hereafter referred to as "the Company," offers holistic healing and self-discovery services as a Reiki Master, Love Thyself and Law of Attraction Life Coach, and provider of Yoni steams, Chakra balancing, sauna services, foot detoxes, and more.

  2. Handmade products offered by the Company include reiki charged scented Shea butter, incense, body oils, healing bath salts, scrubs, and more.

  3. The Company operates on a mobile setup, serving clients, businesses, events, retreats, and other specified locations.

 

Consent and Eligibility

  1. By engaging with the Company's services or purchasing its products, you affirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

  2. Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date contact information when booking services or making purchases.

 

Service Bookings and Payments:

  1. Service prices are provided on the Company's website or communicated during the booking process.

  2. Payment in full is required at the time of service, unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.

  3. Accepted payment methods are specified on the Company's website.

 

Appointment Cancellations and Refunds:

  1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  2. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  3. Refunds for products are only available for unopened and unused items within a specified time frame, as outlined on the Company's website.

  1. The Company values client and customer privacy.

  2. Personal information collected during the booking and purchasing processes will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes outlined in the Company's privacy policy.
